seems like it. Its listed in some decoders as the “build date” But it is technically the SPD Scheduled Production Date (not actual build date).
In this case, the SPD is 25 days after Certifcard sold date.
I don’t know what’s going on there, but if the Certifcard date represents the vehicle at the dealer, it shows that SPD dates cannot be assumed as actual build dates.
