Floor anchor pots

So, I finally started building my AMD "style" chassis jig, which is no where near as strong as a proper frame jig I know. Well, I got to thinking after seeing those "pull systems" that use floor anchor pots, how might they be of use and I think I could use them in a few spots, including augmenting the jig.

A big one not related to the jig, seems to be wherever the rear of a car might be so that I could wrap some chains around the rear axle housing as a safety in case something let go while working on a car, this preventing one from launching through the shop. They're supposed to be good for ten tons each.

Anyone here use/install them? Any regrets, or suggestions?

So these install simply by core drilling a hole, then dropping them in, and pulling up a "wedge" at the bottom.

Yes, and i want a toolpost socket too. 2x2 square reciever in floor. Grinder, vise or whatever can go in. Handy.

I put the Autobody version in my shop:

Champ Floor Anchor Pot - 1600

Haven't had an occasion to use them yet. I wish I had put in some toolpost sockets like you mention, that would have been a great option.
