When I got new bars from FirmFeel. The bar on the passenger side would slide in easy like the drivers side. What I noticed was the powder coating was kind of think on the hex’s and would bind. So took a sanding wheel and sanded down the powder coat on the hex and they then slid in the sockets like butter...
