Hello my name is Vinny. Have been pouring over all the amazing information and tutorials and photos of some cool cars. I recently purchased our 1970 Duster. She is a numbers matching 318 Gold Duster. The car made the long journey on a truck from Long Island NY to Sacramento. I then drove her home the last 3 hours. So far it's been a great journey and I look forward to what's to come.

Good looking car. The Weld Wheels look great. I have a friend that lives in Redding with a 65 and 66 Barracuda.

I saw your car at the drag strip a couple of weeks ago. Very few Mopars that weekend. Sharp looking Duster. Welcome aboard.

Thank you all for the welcome aboard. Yes 2 days after delivery we went racing. Best that night of 15.8 at 87 mph. Second outing the other night was much better with some minor tuning and new carb and fuel pump. Ran a 15.4 at 88 mph. No stalling and sputtering that night. Not to fast yet. We will get there eventually. Squeeze what we can from the 318 for now and see what winter brings for bigger upgrades. And your Cuda is an amazing machine.

Sounds about right for a stock 318.
