Updating the wiring harness on the 69 GT

Ok so like many of you the wiring harness on tie car is another example of the level of Butchery, house wiring nuts and wires wrapped around terminals etc. So I am planning on all new harnesses for up front at least for now. I have used painless and American autowire in the past on hot rods etc but I want a completely stock plug n play harness any recommendations?

I completely replaced the wiring harnesses in my 69 GT two winters ago with the stock set up. I bought my dash harness from Year One. It worked great and everything was organized where it should be. The only tricky part was any add-ons, like for a heater box. My engine bay harness came from Evans. I laid it down in the engine bay and everything was where it should be. I haven't had any problems with the harnesses since I replaced them.
