Complete 66 Barracuda interior in a 65 Dart wagon - nothing exotic

In my old 64 Dart beater I found junkyard Neon seats at $40 each.

Ricaro seats from a bmw re covered.
The mopar buckets from the 60's and 70's suck for holding you in your seat when turning. A bench is even better.
I had 70 dart seats challenger seats.. uncomfortable and no lower back support which is essential at my age bracket.

I put 71 challenger bucket seats in my 67 Barracuda notch. They work good with the 3 point seat belts I remodeled in.

Love the back seats. Do they fold down. That would great in my fastback
They did in the Dart, but I just made the fixed in the cuda. Only problem with the whole set is the dart was a 4 door sp the front seats don't fold foreword much to access the back seat.. But I don't ever have anyone ride back there anyway.

Looks great! What year/model BMW?
2005 convertible. I don’t know the series. I picked up at salvage yard for 75 for both. The motors where locked up in them. I just removed and spun on low speed with drill and freed them up. Thanks to YouTube. The convertibles are the only ones with built in shoulder belts. The headrest is even power.

Way to be resourceful, really paid off!

Mid 1980's to early 1990's K cars like the Dodge 400 and 600 and Chrysler equivalents have reclining buckets with adjustable headrests that look extremely similar to 66-69 B and 67-69 A body buckets. They have a bit more side bolster on both the buckets and the backs as well.

Hard pressed to tell they are not factory from the 60's.

The only down sides are they have full vinyl covering on the back, so it would be hard to retrofit period covers and use the hard backings. and the track is about 1.25 inches wider, meaning new holes in the floor pan or possibly adapter plates.
