Where has all the money come from to clear out the boat inventory at Bass pro?

Here is an example of home prices in Boise area. This is a crackerbox in my city . My home has tripled in 5 years!
Young people cant afford to buy or rent . Investment groups are buying 20% of the homes in our area.
