I’ve tried that. Seems I have either too small or too big piece of rod to knock it out from inside. The stub is only about an inch long and down the hole.
I agree with Rusty. Had same problem with my 360. Even out and on the engine stand it took time and patience to get it out. Used a long tapered punch with a good edge and it eventually broke free. RJ
