My buddy bought a 1/2" fuel sender for his 67 Notch and he said his fuel pump went quiet ?
He said he can barely hear it running, before with the 3/8" sender it was loud as could be.

I bought a stainless version of that for $65 on ebay. It's a nice part however I would remove the sock (it is crimped on).

I'm not sure, I think it's a Holley 14psi 140gph with a regulator.

Way less resistance will do that.
