Air gap on 360 under ‘66 Barracuda?

My Dad put cut a hole and mounted a scoop on the hood of his 67 Charger. After it was mine, it took me years to find a mint hood for the car.

And after an accident messed up the hood of my 65 Barracuda, it took me years to find a mint hood for it.

So I'm strongly against cutting up a good stock hood. If you really want a scoop, better to put it away and run a fiberglass hood.

Just my opinion, your results may differ. . . .
