Back in the 90s the local track started running Friday night Club Drags . One night it was the Mopar club and the Corvette club . I line up against an early 70s Vette with my 73 340 4sp Dart Sport. Mild build with a 484/284 mp cam , LD340 and a worked 600 DP Holley . 4.10s in back (8 3/4).
Needless to say I waxed him .
HE WAS SO FUCKIN PISSED !
I told him..."it's only a Corvette"
Now he is REALLY pissed ...lol
