Hood Seals

I don't know about your '64 Valiant, but my '66 Dart had one. It attaches to the hood structure with 11 holes spaced across the span. Don't know if it was model or year specific, or was part of a cooling package- mine was a dealer A/C car with a 273 and the metal radiator shroud.
