Need new gas tank + whole system. Advice?

Hello guys,

I have a 1969 Plymouth Barracuda Fastback 318cui.
Unfortunately I have a problem with the fuel supply.
Under high acceleration the engine does not get enough fuel and shut of.
When I put in a new fuel filter it works fine but soon I can notice some brown substance in the filter which will clog it by time. I think the substance is rust particles.
So the problem I think is rust inside the gas tank.

I want to renew the whole system.

So on my list of new parts is:
- gas tank (Should be stainless steel I think?)
- filler neck (Should be stainless steel I think?)
- sending unit
- complete fuel line from tank to carburetor
- all accessories and small parts I also need for install

Currently I run a small Holley Mitghy Mite electric fuel pump without regulator.
Should I upgrade to something other or is it fine for my setup?

Can you suggest me good qulity parts and give me a list about all parts I will need?

Some information about my current engine setup:
318cui LA, stock except:
670 cfm Holley Street Avenger carburetor
Weiand Stealth aluminum intake manifold
MSD electric ignition system
Holley Mighty Mite electric fuel pump

I'm from Germany and it is my first classic American car.
So I'm kind of novice.
I don't want to forget to order something which I need and then notice it at the install.
So I want to make sure I order everything which is may needed.

Also important:
Currently my fuel gauge is not working at all.
So I also want to get that working and order all the necessary parts.

I attached some pictures.

Thank You!
Greetings from Germany
