From Schumacher's Facebook page today:

"Schumacher Creative Services has been acquired by the Southern California based Mopar shop, Motech Performance. We're working on assembling kits, starting with our most popular. In the following months we'll be back up 100% with most everything in stock ready to ship.
If there is a product you are interested in, please send us a message on Facebook and we will add you to our list. Thank you all again for your support and patience!"

I hope that turns out to be good news. Too many acquisitions go the other way (Comp & Edelbrock come to mind).

It didn't pan out.

I talked to USCT at Carlisle. They are doing 340/360 mounts like factory, not really conversion mounts and not a copy of Schumacher mounts.

good news for the bolt and go guy's with a deep pocket. lol
My first set of big block swap mounts were built from a templet found in an early 70's Hot Rod magazine.
We built them in welding class for several cars.
It is good news though, We need our Mopar vendors our Mopar existence depends on it.

The ice cream sandwich mounts definitely need some improvement. My 340 tears them apart on hard shifts. I installed a steel cable to prevent popping the last set. I would love for a company to mold in a loose bolt that allows the mount to flex some but stops the thing from pulling apart.

Just drill a hole through the whole sammich and run a 3/8 carriage bolt through the whole thing with a lick nut on the other side. If there's not enough room because of the bracket or the k frame, go all the way through those too.

DynaTech makes those. It was bought be someone else years ago. Can’t remember if the name was changed.

Chris (owner) is great people. And supports local mopar community.

I see someone’s selling their used Schumacher mounts before the new parts hit the supply chain.

:poke:

I have a set of 318 to big block mounts if anyone is interested?
They are new never installed.

Hope they keep the headers going. Without those I may still be trying to put that 440 in that dart.

I need me one of those torque straps for my '70 duster!!! So glad they're gonna be back to production soon!

Well, my Mopar buddy from Germany made quite nice universal torque straps. He wants to sent me a sample. They are of good quality and nicely done. I am planning to open a separate thread with pictures about them.
Cheers, Wolfgang
