In that area? Not from what I remember. We moved from Parker CO, to small town TX 4 years ago. You can find a place, but it's getting more and more expeinsive all the time. If I were to move back I'd look in Elizabeth CO, Franktown, some parts of Aurora (north east) and some other places outside the "loop". Depending out how far you want to drive, there's some good places. Big plus is the car scene (Colorado Mopar and RPM car clubs) and Bandimere speedway are awesome. They have a tri state swap meet once a year too.

So, not sure what your version of "working stiff" means but if you can stand neighbors close up and HOA's, you'll be ok but probably have troiuble with the 'extra garage' within the city limits.

I did LOVE the state. Weather is AWESOME..... Always something to do, etc. You'll never be bored as a car guy and even less if you hunt.
