Nick's garage

Tony does screw the pooch trying to make a point... I get bored waiting. Good guy though.

Not a bad episode, I knew they hacked up that early hemi install on the dyno, but I didn't realize it vibrated so bad it broke the bellhousing!!! I feel sorry for that guys poor main bearings. Hopefully they also pulled the oil pump back out of the 340 and fixed the stuck relief valve.

He sold me a jacked up set of Pully's a few years back.....

I thought so. Saw a short clip of his channel and the struggle was real. He sold me a set of jacked up Pully's a few years back. He's a hero to some on here I believe so it wasn't worth the hassle. On the phone he seemed arrogant... I'll pass.

BTW- if White punk on nitro reads this and wants to see what he said couldn't be done (per our conversation on the phone) by all means PM so you can be schooled a little bit....

I always thot he was too high on all his parts ,and always found them cheaper elsewhere .-----------

Been to Nick’s garage a few time. He does work on all kind of cars even Oil change on taxicabs. Lots of peoples hanging around on Saturday. Very nice guy.

No bullshit, no drama with him.

He gives a glow that he likes all cars would be a great guy to sit down with and have breakfast....

Whoa wild. A good friend of mine had a charger for many years. She is also a mechanic and got to be good friends with Nick and he taught her a lot about her car. She's since sold that charger but I went over to her place the other day in my dart and she's gonna go introduce me to Nick in case I've ever got any questions I've got a local to talk with!
She has nothing but good things to say about him and she told me to check out his YouTube show and here you all are talking about it! Small world!

Mark knows his stuff, but Nick is more tolerable to watch for sure. Plus he has the dyno. GYC is to over produced.

Uncle Tony is by far the best, real world channel on YouTube.

Nick's is ok but unless you are rich as Donald Trump, a warehouse sized shop, with a row of shiney 100k dollar cars is just not real world for us poor people.

Uncle Tony on the other hand works out of a shed on $300. Junkyard refugee cars, with engines and hardware that everyone has. That is real world in my world and what I like to see. Uncle Tony makes me look like a red neck, so that means a lot to me, and why I'm a cult follower of uncle Tony.
are you joking most the guys and cars there are just average working joes , a few big money cars now that he has inter web exposure , the guys that bring there cars in ain't millionaires at least most are not

You want a no budget "get her home" mechanic? Vice grip garage. Dead pan comedy: He flies out to a 30 year dead POS Buick with a tree growing through it and ends up driving the thing 600 miles home on 4 rotted tires. Bought a 66 Dart "shop sign car" IIRC and got it running...likes snow mobiles too.

I'm not sure about now but Nick always replies to comments, he kinda rambles but I like him because I kinda ramble. I do wish he'd do more performance builds, try some stuff out . but it is what it is and it's okay by me.

But he can only build on what the customers budgets are. Not everyone can blow north of 10k + on an engine . Great show and he takes a lot of pride in what he does .

Nick or Tony day and night. Nick works on prime big buck great cars, Tony love his from junk to better junk. Like both guys and would like to have a beer with them. Tony good info for the masses, and Nicks more for the upper buck guys. I just can't drive Tony's junk, and can't afford Nicks, but I find both worth the time on a rainy day.
