A few days ago, I read that somebody was banned from this forum. That kind of surprised me. Short of fraudulent selling, I didn't think people got banned. I started a thread a thread that stated my surprise, and asked the question of what were the rules that could get a person banned. Someone said that when you joined, you agreed to it. I responded that it was a long time ago, and I was just curious, and was there a list of rules on the forum somewhere. Today I looked at my alerts, and I read, "Your post was moved to another section". No explanation of why, nor was I told which section. Did I do something wrong by politely asking if the rules for the forum were posted on the forum. I am rather surprised at this. If it started an inflammatory political debate, I could see it. I was just surprised to see somebody banned, and asked what the rules were.
