Putting the 68 Dart back together and I'm not sure what either type of these clips were used for.
It was originally a GT, so I'm wondering if these have anything to do with the side trim which i eliminated many years ago.

Thanks for any help on ID'ing these

Ones on the left are door/interior panel clips. The ones on the right look to be for an exterior molding..... in a place where you can get to the backside to install a nut.

...are the ones on the left for the rear panels??

I used this type to attach all panels

The ones on the left and the ones you posted in the second post are both types of door panel retainers. It makes no real difference which you use as long as they fit

Those should work ok. I seem to remember that the first ones you posted were mostly found on the quarter panel interior trim cards and the ones you have shown here are more common on the doors. As long as they hold the panel on and don't interfere with any of the mechanism inside the door, you'll be fine with either type.
