Question for those with flat black or satin hoods

Same car when we brought it home. We installed the driver motor then pulled it for paint after we stood back and saw how bad it looked. The motor it came with was a solid lifter 408. its in the mill today getting square decked and redone for the new owner. Its going in a Barracuda
