Get a blue accelerator pump cam and use hole #2, I don't think your throttle is open very far with a free rev 4000 RPM. also get a #31 nozzle. That should fix the bog at the line.

I have the assortment of holley pump cams. It has a .31 nozzles in it. I bought some .35s but haven't tried them yet. Thanks for the tip and will try it out. The trouble is I can't test this on the street because it doesn't bog unless it hooks. BFGs don't hook
