You might want to give them a call. I spoke to them about 3 months back and they had no plans to do any 408 magnum long or short blocks for the foreseeable future.

We have put a hold on short blocks, of ANY make for the time being. LONGBLOCKS however...we never stopped making. not sure where that came from, but it's inaccurate. We still gladly offer several flavors of mopar longblock, and complete, mopar 408 engines. We even offer some complete 408/727 packages all pre-assembled, shipped in one big crate. We're fighting parts shortages like any other company, but we have offered a 408 Mopar for several decades, and still do.
