Question is: I’m wanting to buy some new Rallye wheels. Need help on 14 or 15s I’m thinking about 15s. Need help on how wide and the backspace. My 66 Valiant has 74 dart front disk brakes and 8 3/4 rear end and where the best place to buy them? Thanks

Go 15s. You'll need to figure out tire fitment, though. Not sure what widths are available.

The standard 15" Chrysler Rallye wheels are 7" wide with 4-1/4 back space.
The ringer here is 73-76 discs add track width. IIRC, 7/8" per side.

I have 15x7 LBP on my 68 with 73-76 discs.

I have 14x5-1/2 SBP Rallyes on my 64. I just had to replace 2 tires last week. Wow, the 14" tire selection is really bad compared to even 5 years ago.

So you might want to consider tire choices first.

Later 15" rallyes were all 6.5" wide.

I agree with poster Jim Lusk using 15" wheels gives you a lot more tire choices. Like KosmicKuda I recently bought some 14" tires and was very surprised at the very limited sizes available in low cost brands. Bought (2) 14" BFG's and paid more than a set of (4) other brand 15's would have cost.
