I also like the look of a cowl induction scoop on a A body car

This is the proverbial pimple.I bought it with the scoop already there, and the hole cut. Not happy, would have liked something lower.

--WOW!! WELDON CHRISTIAN WAS MY HEMI GODFATHER. I probably drove him nuts when I first started, even bought a few parts off him. He was a great guy. He lost a Chrysler sponsorship to don grotheer, because he had a college aged son .( that`s what Chrysler told him ) He had quite a few fast cars over the years.

It's your car, do what you want. Who cares what other people think?

You guys thinking about a cowl induction scoop, ought to look up the old L 88 hood scoop, I had a fiberglass vega hood made w/ that scoop in it, everyone liked it !! Was kick ***, I almost ordered one for my 68 fastback , instead of the 6 pack.
Wish I had have now !

L88's we're sweet scoops

I have one of the old pro stock style ones on my Duster. It's since been reworked and moulded in properly. I also have a spare Feather Duster hood that will be getting a 68 Hemi scoop for when I feel like changing it up.
