a frito bandito umpa loompa?

Mum..
No.

Electric shocks can cause injuries that are not always visible. Depending on how high the voltage was, the injury may be fatal. However, if a person survives the initial electrocution, a person should seek medical attention to ensure that no injuries have occurred.Mar 23, 2020.

i don't know where that info is from. where i work, and where lately the homeless have been cutting into our equipment and killing themselves about once a month, and where we unfortunately have employees get injured or die from contact, shocked and electrocuted have different legal meanings

Just a dictionary.
Legal?
A legal definition of mayhem is very different too.
Call in the lawyers.
What is the correct word?

People are always attempting to change the meaning of words. The word "electrocution" seems to have come from the first of the era of the electric chair. I realize there were a few that "lived" through one, but that was sure as hell not the intent

"The word is derived from "electro" and "execution", but it is also used for accidental death.[1][2]"

LOL

This should be workers compensation. End of story. He shouldn’t have any out of pocket costs. Shame on Frito Lay.

since our paper work and recorded conversations end up in court that's what the lawyers at work tell us to use

Understood.
But what is the medical word for almost dead?
I'm just wondering if the lawyers are on shaky ground.
One can execute a person.
But can't one also execute will and not kill it?

Well, obviously I didn't execute that post ^^^ perfectly.
I left out the the indefinite article.
".... execute a will..:"

Like leaving out a comma in the old joke.
"No, price too high"
"No price too high".

RIP.
