Ummmmm so Daddy may have just started a very expensive passion for my oldest daughter. She found a penny at the fair and on her own accord, her very own idea, decided to give it to LeAnn Tormoelhen (spelling?), female pro Modified 2WD truck puller right before her run. A pull good enough for 3rd place. Ms LeAnn, climbed out of her truck, came straight back and took Ms Whitley and us back to her pit and let the kids take turns in the truck and showed her all how to run it... yeah I may have started a very interesting hobby by bringing her to this haha. She can legally start truck pulling in 2.5 years supposedly.
The best part, when they raised the hood and my daughter screamed “it’s got a hemi “ as loud as she could. They couldn’t believe my daughter knew what engine it had. She asked how she knew, and my daughter pointed and said “because of the wire plugs on the valve thingies” proud papa moment for sure.
