If it is a 69 Super Bee 383, leave it as is. They were great motors able to do it all. It is not low compression, forged crank, 906 heads, AVS carb capable of low 13 sec 1/4 times in a B Body.

I agree, but he say's it is rebuilt. so it's probably lower compression than the factory probably closer to 8-8.5 to 1 now.
