Be careful there, because the slant six distributor is different somehow then the V8. I have the limiter plate in mine and had to put it all the way down to the lowest slot and it advances more than the slot is supposed to allow. It's not the same.
Makes complete sense. Fo' once evn i cain see that! Probably something to do with the rotation of the distributor having to only hit six plug wires instead of eight maybe but then again what the hell do I know?
