Makes complete sense. Fo' once evn i cain see that! Probably something to do with the rotation of the distributor having to only hit six plug wires instead of eight maybe but then again what the hell do I know?
I really don't know what the difference is, but I'm not the only one that's seen it. Several people have emailed Don Gould including me asking him to either offer one slant 6 specific, or at least offer a plate that has more limiting ability. He flat refused me. In no uncertain terms. That's why I welded my own governor plate.
