I saw this the other day. Messaged and found out the price is $500 for the car with clean title. Top works and moves with motor.
He said frame rails would need some work and would send me better pictures of that.
No clue on the engine though...
A lot of work....
Is it worth taking on?

That's a no brainer. The convertible top mechanism should be worth way more then that. Too far gone for me but you'll get a lot of nice parts off of it for that price.

As long as the dash and VIN are there YES! If you don't want it let me know, I do...

It would be great to see that old girl on the road again. Just be aware that you're looking at minimum of $30K if you can do bodywork, paint, panel replacement, mechanical, wiring, etc., all yourself. If you hire that work out, be prepared for $40-$45K. Looks like it needs every panel repaired or replaced, primed & painted, full interior, probably the complete drive train rebuilt, new wiring, new glass, wheels & tires throughout.

Or, you can part it out and probably help 10 other cars.

I would have to go for it at that price! Even if you don’t build it, it will never be worth less!

Looks like 340 valve covers. So it’s an awesome deal anyways. U can part it out and make out like a bandit. Kim
Enlarge those engine pics, those aren’t 340 valve covers.
