How high to you have to turn one of those to make it sound like that LOLOL

Mark Goodman, Carthage MO.
Bad little 61 Lancer, used a pro stock clutchless transmission purchased from Alan Johnson.
Yes that Alan Johnson.

There was a guy i used to see occasionally at irwindale with a seriously badass slant in a toad. Lots of lightening, screen vents in the hood, and a solid seven second pass in the eighth. I should have taken pics. Havent seen the car in a couple years.

Mad Max Guzzi.
He wrecked it and it's been rebuilt.
He was going to bring it East before covid happened.

Yep, thats the one! He wrecked it? That sure explains why i havent seen it for a while!

Yep, he has out run HellCats etc.
Thanks for all the kind words. The Lancer would not have been built if the guy in the Hellcat had not provided a lot of labor, plus he bought the transmission for the Lancer. I have a photo of Wes running a torch cutting out the Lancer floor getting ready to built the chassis in 1994. Brent did a ton of work on the car also. The Lancer has my name associated with it and all I did was throw some paint on it, weld a few things on it and I drove it for years. What I can't believe is it's had over 314,000 views on youtube.

He held the record for the quickest N/A slant for a while, if I am not mistaken.

That's what i was told, when i saw it. I assume they meant in a full body car. Somebody somewhere must have a fast one in a digger/altered.

Yeah I think that was for a door slammer.
