Have use of my friends machines. Good to have friends with tools! I found him his Beisbarth machine new govt surpuss, save him at least 20K on it so he owes me for a long time!

I need to get tires on the RT, two blew out the sidewall bubbles just sitting. Pluss I want to get it on the road, just a few things need to be finished, Stopped working on it due to the Carisle prep. Dam unprep I am still doing!:mob:

Smoke is back here as well this morning, but it is a very pleasant 56 F degrees. Went out early threw the shop doors open and hit the fans. Want to pull some cool air in the shop.
 
Morning tire kickers. It's going to be some nice cooler (mid 80's) kinda of weather here for the next few days.
Only working at the new place for a half day, then back to the other for some yard work.
Have a good one, hope you fisherman have some luck, or at least a good time!!
 
Man I dont get why the govt has to help out peope from being evicted, THEY HAVE NOT PAID RENT IN ALMOST A YEAR, And I bet most get checks from the govt that is supposed to pay for that and two stimulous checks, WTF really pisses me off. My friend has rental properties and two tennents are playing that game. Expires at midnight tonight and he said the notices will be delivered at 1201! Good for him, but he also ate the last years rent X2! Bet the govt wont pay him back on that ever!

Same here. Onlly one I would do would be if we still owned the summer house, rent it all July get the crazy money that pays for al the house the rest of the year. July sucks on the end of Long Island in the summer, way to hot!

We have several rentals as well, the bank did not, does not care about your tenants they wanted the monthly mortgage regardless. On plus side now that rental amnesty is over folks may rejoin the workforce. We are paying 18-20 dollars a hour if you can fog a mirror and can’t find folks willing to work. They will sit right there in the interview and tell me “my benefits don’t run out till September I will check back then and see if you are still hiring”. I can’t do anything at all but think to myself don’t bother. Rant over but that topic irks the crap out of me.
 
I still cant believe they put a non eviction on rentals, Yes some needed it but it is a freakin free for all for I would think 80% on the dole.
 
Let me tell you ....as the landlord, slum lord what have you. Try to get a deadbeat out on a regular day. If they want to fight and stay it takes months and the damage they do will never be recovered

Free handouts turn people into welfare recipients. Now they know how to work the system and many will probably never go back to work. Ya, rant over.

I predict a lot more coming and perhaps the demise of this country. You should see what we are hiring at the prison
