Stop in for a cup of coffee

Wow I butchered them a bit but made 24 pieces. For the brine I used brown sugar, fresh squeezed orange, onion and garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, tabasco. Supposed to brine 8-12 hours but may do overnight and wife can tend the smoker while I'm at work tomorrow. Using alder and finishing with apple chips.

That just makes me hungry right there! I miss the fishing when we lived in the PNW. I used to ship my family salmon and they would ship me back catfish. Back then you could not get salmon in Ark and we could not get catfish in Washington! So it was a great trade.
