Good Morning Everyone. I likely wont backread at this point. Did I miss anything over the weekend? I did get all 4 battery cables replaced with this new kit. WOW, what a difference in starting. I had a nice relaxing weekend up in northern WI. Back to life again now..
 
Got the fish on the smoker 0345 with one pan of alder, will be up to son/wife to finish it.

Yes, Smokehouse brand but I had a Little Chief, wore it out but had good recipe book so saved that then tweaked recipes. It's a hot mitt/tong deal changing the pans out.

Its a holiday today, call it a civic holiday, so all levels of government are closed. Many businesses close today too.

dont think Fargo needs any attention, so i will leave it alone, just drive it for a while.
 
Mornin..:) on the first cup...its Monday perfect temp outside 60 degrees and sunny.
Low humidity....cant wait to get off work and into the garage.

Where am i going to find a 2 groove alternator pulley? I had a collection, and at one point i could order but that supplier had gone by the wayside.
Belt is tight like e-flat piano wire and its squeals when i start truck. Thinking dual pulley is the answer, and i could back off tension a smidge,to take pressure off water pump and alternator bearings.
 
In the fifties this morning and the smoke has abated a bit, have a great Holiday to our Canadien brethren. It was so hot and Smokey this weekend I did not do much but stuff my pie hole. Jodie made some potato salad and I think I ate the whole pan.

Easier to find a different alternator? Which one are you running?
