If the M6903 is in stock, I'd give that a shot.
Both that Carter and that Holley have both ports as 1/4" NPT.
If you want a little less resistance to flow, chamfer the fitting or adapter before installing it.
Not sure what was on your old pump. May need a 5/16 hose to 1/4" NPT on the pump inlet, and a 1/4" NPT to 5/16" Inverted Flare on the outlet. Unless you increase the size of one or both to 3/8 tube/hose.

By the way, the M6903 is for big blocks and I'm running SB. The SB pump is the M6270 and it too is out of stock until October. Fuel pressure is a bit too high too, so would prob need a regulator. If I need to go to a regulator, I would probably go electric pump and be done with it. What's up with the lack of small block parts anyway? Is everyone building their SB Mopars now?! Think I will blame it on 318WillRun as he has shown the unsung hero status of the 318!
