When I bought the car it was a basket case and on pieces. Looking for help on assembling and rebuilding the steering column
 
Welcome to FABO! I'd recommend a factory service manual. You may be able to access one online, or, used and reproduction manuals are out there. Good Luck!
 
Try mymopar.com for a factory service manual. If they don't have your specific year try 1 up and down also If dodge try Plymouth
