Early A Body bucket seat backs

The early A body car bucket seats have the habit, of the seat back flying forward on a quick stop. Has anyone attempted to cure this problem without replacing the seat with a non-stock seat?

You would have to add in a latch. My 66 buckets doen't have a latch but my 70 bench does. Get inventive!
