Reproduction wheels/caps

I didn't have time to pull the wheel off yet, but did measure and they're 4.5. The problem is that it looks like there might be spacers and I suspect adapters yo go from 4 to 4.5. I'll know for sure when I pull them, but looking at it now, it seems like the wheels sit too far out. I definitely am gonna want to get rid of these things. Stock is always best. I do like the look of 15's in the wheel well, but may try to find 14's which would be a bit more correct wouldn't they?
