Shop truck, take two.
We did some horse trading a while ago and ended up with a 04, 2500HD 4 door long bed. It was BEAT hard. Bigtime death wobble, the owner smoked 3 packs a day and didnt seem to care about the truck. We traded our 05 tacoma that had 350,000 on the clock straigh across for the Dodge. The dodge also has 350,000 miles on it but heck, shes just breaking in.
We built the flat bed, bumpers, steps/rock sliders. Then i installed a long arm lift kit and a set of military HumVee wheels and tires. (37") (The wheels are recentered)
Next we gotta pull the bed off, finish weld and finish paint it and paint the cab.
Not sure on the color of the cab yet. Leaning towards F.D.E. like the wheels.
I am open to suggestions on the color.
I dig the look. It looks lile it should be out in an oil field or welding pipe somewhere.
