Anybody know what this goes to?

Completely took apart my 1968 plymouth barracuda convertible. Took out dash and all the cluster and gauges. When it came back from the body shop this was on driver side floor board. Have no clue what it goes to I am guessing something under the dash, possibly something to do with E-brake, i really don't know what do you think thanks
