I have HD springs on my GTS vert, it sits to high. Will these make it sit lower?

I believe these make it s i t level the HD Springs I believe are 1 to 1 and 1/2 in Overstock

I used some lowering blocks on my Duster until they settle in.

No, these will pick the back end up about 2" - 3" from stock...

I like the back to be a little higher, makes it look better...
