What is the max overcome on these sleeves? Is the current 4.06 acceptable ? Any ridges or taper?

Is 4.060 now you can safely go 4.100 like i said it needs to be bored there is wear were the piston on a stroker makes it turn at the bottom of the cylinder may clean up at 4.070 , will clean up at 4.080 no ridge at top do not know if there is taper . if you look at picture 6 sec cylinder down you can see at bottom of cylinder were there is wear at bottom . this was a race block so it had a hard short life . now need rebuild .

Can you post the sleeve thickness?

i can not post the sleeve thickness because i don't know the brand they used , but i can sonic test the thrust side of the cylinders and post it this will give you the total thickness of the cylinder.

Here is the test on walls . if you look it up for a 360 block most sites will say min of 125 thousands , i would not go that low but if you took
0.30 more out of the block it does not need to go that far but would still leave you with over 200 thousands cylinder wall left. The person i got it from told me that he had it sleeved as i look at it it looks like 6 of the 8 cylinders were sleeved on bottom 2 were to spec to bore . i dont think with the reading being over 200 thousands and bore to 4.060 now that he was telling the truth . but you be the judge .
