There used to be this Chrysler-Dodge dealer here in Lincoln NE named DeBrown's. The guys that got the new cars ready, or at least one, would scratch a big X on the firewall in the heater hose area. I'm the second owner of a 67 Dart that was sold new there. I wondered what that X was for. I didn't find this out till years later.
