the entire lot is 2.5 acres
subtract the house, the pond and the lawn and your basically left with the half the boundary line

i do not have a tractor, i dont think i can justify the cost of one for how little i would use it

i do have a 18 horse riding mower
i just came across someone getting rid of an old mower deck...i betcha it would be fun to converter that to a pusher type brush cutter, kinda following the pattern of the video i posted
