That certainly is tight. Keep an eye on that joint as its life may be limited with the heat of the headers.
Ever use a Borgeson power steering kit for a big block Dart conversion?

I don't think that you really can get a 440BB into a demon/duster without having to ding the headers for clearance with or without the Borgeson box. I had to flatten mine quite a bit on both headers to gain clearance. I got a picture some where showing mine

Do these guys a favor and post them. It helps others when going through the process.... The Borgeson box definitely gives more room but not enough by quite a bit. And then there is the fluid ports and how close they are to one of the tubes... Honestly I am glad that project is behind me and I don't have to deal with it.... Lesson learned...
