1930's stock suspension with a V8/auto

don't see any problem except for the most important thing being the brakes. I'm in the process of doing a 50 Studebaker truck with a 4.3 V6 automatic using 68 Camaro rear and a conversion front disc bolts onto OEM spindles will have OEM leaf springs and front straight axle want to keep up with traffic and stop

It does have stock brakes, but a dual pot power brake booster.
