“D” code 340 in 69’ Cuda?

Well if it was built in late 68 for a 69 then it would be stamped on the pad above the oil pan, which was not there on a 68. If it is a 68 engine then it would be on the drivers side bellhousing flange between the starter and the oil sending unit.

Thanks for that I’m pretty sure my 340 got swapped for a 68 then, I’ll know for sure when I get back to the house this evening
