Perfect cars get restored parts put on them all day long because for one in a lot of cases a modern day professional restoration part will look better than NOS and secondly there aren't NOS parts out there anymore for everybody's needs as to why you have specialty restoration vendors. I would be perfectly happy with a professionally restored one and maybe I should have asked more questions but like I already stated he bought this parts lot so he would not have that answer for me........we just obviously view a restored part differently and that's fine......I will just probably deal with the professionals moving forward.
