I have a '67 dart 2 door hardtop, slant six. I upgraded the K-frame with '73-76 spool type. If I get a 360 Magnum (using Schumacher motor mounts), what oil pan will fit the k-frame? Right now I have one where the well/oil pickup is in the middle. is there a specific part number for the appropriate oil pan? Will the AKT crate motor oil pan work?

If you've installed the '73 and up K frame, why do you need Schumacher mounts? Currently not available anyhow. Just use the factory 340/360 spool mounts (318 mounts can easily be made to work, too).
The Magnum requires use of a 360 passenger car pan and pickup (center sump). The 318/340 pans will not work on a Magnum. Use the LA 360 pan gasket set, or the Magnum one piece gasket will work with generous amounts of sealer at the front corners. Many, many posts on this all. Search it in the Magnum Swaps section. Get the passenger car dipstick and tube while you're at it, too; or modify the Magnum one to work.
AKT is who you should ask about what their engines come with, anything you hear here is just speculation. Get it from the horse's mouth. Have you considered BluePrint Engines? Member and sponsor here, and a stellar reputation to boot. They're on the sidebar>>

I used a Kevco pan, stock shape center sump but with baffles inside.
