Found this in my new sniper throttle body!!

It's just a little filter media.

Well, when the chips are down you have to shave down the stress. Call the customer service line and hope it's not clogged. You don't want to get hosed.

I sent them the pictures while I was on the phone with them. I figured I’d bag up the chips for them too and send them back with the throttle body.
Then a few minutes later they called me back and asked that I send them the chips.
I’m so glad I found them. Imagine trying to figure out why it’s not running right then trying to explain how the chips got in there.
That would have been a nightmare.

Update!
Holley overnighted me a entire new kit
I finished the install today and she fired right up!!!
It’s still learning. And so am I!
But it is running excellent!!!
Gotta say thank you to Holley for excellent customer service!!!!
I am impressed. I thought they would have said something like, "Thanks for letting us know. Have a nice day."

Again I gotta say Holley’s customer service was top notch. I purchased the sniper kit from summit. Holley themselves sent me a complete setup overnight without knowing my credit card number or any of my information except my address. Yes getting through on the phone took a little bit but only about 20 minutes.
Then I had another problem. My TPS stopped working. I emailed the guy I was dealing with at Holley (Tom R.) I explained what was going on and once again Holley came through and sent me a new sensor.
It’s definitely nice dealing with a company that takes care of their customers.
