I think you guys are rather credulous, and that you're being played.
I became a member of the FBBO family some years or so ago and I am aware of the quality work this lady provides and I know how high regard members hold her.
When my wife developed incurable Stage 4 cancer about the time I joined that forum, in a mood of despair I posted about it. The result was many wrote me about their own battles with cancer as well as battles their loved ones fought
Still too others prayed for my wife, complete strangers offering prayers for my wife.
Id like to think all those prayers were heard as although my wife still fights the good fight she is still here with her family.
So I also was a recipient of the good deeds and thoughts from these forums
The post and the person who posted it in the FBBO forum caught my eye. Although I am banned there I still read articles related to the hobby.
I will not expand upon my opinion on the OP of that thread but if I read it correctly Ms Leanne has financial difficulties, is at risk for loosing her business and now is facing more financial issues as she has to pay her mothers funeral expenses.
Mine is not to question, nor is it a issue of popularity, its a issue of giving back to a person in need
If I am being played or the circumstances are different than I understand them to be, im perfectly ok with that.
Im not questioning the member I quoted, I simply tell you my thoughts
